		<description>Being in construction, I get call everyday from aplicants willing to work free for 1 week, just to see how good of a worker they are. I tell them that is illegal and they still insist. Some guys even show up on the jobsites, just to see if they can sneak in and work, and maybe get paid.</description>

		<description>I had an applicant hand write a four page narrative of his experience. It read more like a short story than a resume. He included how his position in the companies for which he had worked  impacted his fellow employees. I checked his references and everything he stated was true. He become one of my better hires.</description>
