		<description>I will only verify dates and postion for former employees. Meaning I have the recruiter tell me what the former employee stated and I confirm or deny the info. 
If they ask anthing beyond that I won&#039;t answer. 
Even if they have a signed release I won&#039;t answer the majority of the questions since they are usually subjective.</description>
