		<description>We  run background checks on you, too, we look at the EMPLOYERS Online profiles, etc. as they go on social networks also. Bottom line:  That is not a good determinant of anything. How ridiculous. How is your turnover rate as a result of these &#039;checks;?  What type of firm ?  It hasn&#039;t been helping in all these years. Years.  Seems food and  retail is the most picky, yet they have the highest turnover rate because of treating their employees like garbage (ha) . Defeated the purpose.</description>

I paid $29 for a year on this website called Reverse Email Detective which actually searches all of the social networks for profiles related to that email address, so I guess there is always the danger of mistaken identity but I think that using their email address greatly reduces that risk.</description>
