		<description>We utilize letters that thank canidates for thier time and let them know that the position was filled by another candidate with more expierence (if applicable).  If we have a candidate that we really liked but did not choose at the time we will let them know how empressed we were and that we would be in contact when we have another opening they would be qualifed for.</description>
