		<description>I frequently disagree with the reasons employees sue their employers, believing that most of the time, it&#039;s the employee refusing to take responsibility for their own actions (something that&#039;s  unfortunately encouraged in our litigious society).  In this case, however, I hope this employee wins her suit -- ADA or not, the employer acted in bad faith and showed even worse common sense.</description>
